Hazel's Apothecary sells digital products only. All of our ebooks and guides are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping, no packages, and no waiting for the post.
How "shipping" works at Hazel's Apothecary
Because every product is a digital download, "shipping" on our Site refers to the delivery method and ongoing access you choose at checkout, not the transport of a physical item. Your files are delivered to you instantly by email and through the Member Area on the Site, anywhere in the world, the moment your payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
Digital products are typically delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your download email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@metastoresllc.com — we will resend the files at no charge.
Delivery options
At checkout, you may choose between two delivery options for your order:
Standard
The Standard option includes:
- Instant delivery of all purchased digital products by email
- Permanent access through the Member Area on hazelsapothecary.com — your products remain available to download whenever you need them, from any device, with no expiration
- Friendly customer support by email for any question about your purchase or your files
Premium
The Premium option includes everything in Standard, plus free lifetime updates:
- Whenever we revise, expand, or release a new edition of a product you have purchased, the updated version is added to your Member Area at no extra cost
- This applies to small corrections, expanded chapters, and fully revised second or later editions alike — you always have the most recent version of any product you own
- Updates are delivered to you automatically; you do not need to repurchase or take any action
International delivery
Because our products are digital, they are available worldwide. There are no customs fees, no import taxes, and no shipping delays. Once your order is confirmed, your files are immediately available wherever you are.
Lost downloads
If you ever lose access to your files — a new computer, an accidentally deleted email, or any other reason — simply sign in to the Member Area on hazelsapothecary.com and re-download your products at any time. If you need help, email contact@metastoresllc.com.
