Welcome to Hazel's Apothecary. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website hazelsapothecary.com ("Site") and your purchase and use of our digital products ("Products"). The Site and Products are operated by META STORES LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Mexico, United States.

By accessing the Site or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Our Products

All Products sold on the Site are digital downloads (ebooks and similar digital files). After purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to download your Products, and you can also access them through the "Member Area" on the Site.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are intended to give you a clear understanding of what you are purchasing. Minor visual differences between mockup images on the Site and the actual downloadable file may occur.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after we have received payment and sent you an order confirmation by email.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and the other methods displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in the currency of your detected market and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons related to product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically immediately after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email containing the download links, and you can also retrieve them from the Member Area of the Site.

If you do not receive your download email within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@metastoresllc.com.

5. License to use

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, store, and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Product with others
  • Upload the Product to file-sharing services, forums, public clouds, or torrent networks
  • Use the Product or any part of it for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright notices or modify the Product to misrepresent its source
  • Reproduce significant portions of the Product in your own materials without our written permission

All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with META STORES LLC.

6. Returns and refunds

Our return and refund policy is set out in our separate Return and Refund Policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: a 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to all purchases, requested by email to contact@metastoresllc.com.

7. Disclaimer — not medical advice

Our Products provide general information about natural remedies, foods, herbs, and traditional wellness practices for educational and informational purposes only. The information in our Products is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified health professional before:

  • Starting any new dietary, supplementation, or herbal regimen
  • Combining natural remedies with prescribed medication
  • Following any practice in the Products if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a known medical condition
  • Applying any practice to a child, elderly person, or anyone with reduced capacity

Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantees, express or implied, about the outcomes of following any practices described in our Products. You assume full responsibility for how you apply the information in our Products.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, META STORES LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or use — arising out of or in connection with the Site, the Products, or these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you actually paid for that Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless META STORES LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site or Products, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and to your purchased Products at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms — including, without limitation, if you redistribute our Products, file a fraudulent chargeback, or attempt to defraud the Company.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the new version on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and META STORES LLC regarding the Site and Products, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
